Cloud account compromise via wildcard Lambda permissions

Incorrect permissions in autodeploy-layer 1.2.0 and earlier allow remote authenticated users to compromise an AWS cloud account. The DeployToNewFunctions and DeployToExistingFunctions execution roles grant lambda:UpdateFunctionConfiguration on every Lambda function. A user holding either role's temporary credentials can attach a malicious public layer to other functions, steal their role credentials, and inherit their cloud privileges.
