CVE-2025-45333Public exploitNetwork attack vector

CLI crash via null miter dereference

Published Jun 25, 2025 · Updated Jun 30, 2025

Null pointer dereference in Berkeley ABC 1.1 allows attackers to crash the CLI during partitioned equivalence checking. In Abc_NtkCecFraigPart, the constant-zero-output path sets pMiterPart to null, then passes it and pMiterPart->pModel to Abc_NtkVerifySimulatePattern when RetValue is zero. The crash requires processing a logic network that reaches this path; published evidence reports no data access, modification, or code execution.
