Improper access control in DBSyncer 2.0.6 allows remote attackers to download sensitive account configuration through /config/download. The endpoint returns a JSON configuration file without requiring authentication, exposing account details and an encrypted password. Network reachability to the web service is sufficient; the disclosed encrypted credential material supports offline analysis, but no write access is reported.
