Sensitive file disclosure via download path traversal

Path traversal in LangChain-ChatGLM-Webui commit ef829 allows remote attackers to read sensitive files through crafted download requests. The knowledge-base download handler accepts relative path components without restricting the resolved path to the knowledge-base directory. Unauthenticated network access is sufficient, and disclosure is bounded to files readable from the agent directory.
