Recoverable password storage in RUCKUS Network Director before 4.5 allows local users with high privileges to disclose stored passwords. Network Director encrypts passwords with a hardcoded weak secret key and can return the stored values in plaintext. Exploitation requires high-privileged local access or prior server compromise and exposes every password protected by that key.
