Unauthenticated super-administrator access via unrestricted backend routes
Published May 9, 2025 · Updated May 10, 2025
Authentication bypass in JAdmin 1.0 allows remote attackers to obtain super-administrator access through the Admin Backend. The toLogin flow in NoNeedLoginController.java leaves backend routes, including /admin, reachable without enforcing a login restriction. Unauthenticated network access is sufficient to add users and view logs with super-administrator privileges.
