Arbitrary command execution via unescaped firmware URL

Command injection in TOTOLINK CA300-POE 6.2c.884_B20180522 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary commands via a crafted request. The msg_process function inserts the Url value into a wget command with sprintf and passes the resulting string to CsteSystem without neutralizing shell metacharacters. The RemoteUpgradeFW action is reached through cstecgi.cgi, and successful exploitation runs commands in the appliance firmware context.
