Authenticated command execution via unsanitized firmware URL

Command injection in TOTOLINK CA300-POE 6.2c.884_B20180522 allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary commands. The recvUpgradeNewFw handler incorporates the fwUrl value into a device command without neutralizing shell separators, so a value such as 1;pwd; adds an attacker-chosen command. The published request uses a valid SESSION_ID cookie, and successful exploitation runs commands with the web management service's device privileges.
