Authenticated command execution via webWlanIdx injection

Command injection in TOTOLINK CA600-PoE 5.3c.6665_B20180820 allows remote authenticated users to execute commands via a crafted request. The setWebWlanIdx handler uses the webWlanIdx value in a command context without neutralizing shell metacharacters; the published request appends ;pwd;. A valid SESSION_ID cookie is present in the proof of concept, and successful exploitation runs arbitrary commands on the router.
