Command execution via unsanitized URL parameter
Published May 1, 2025 · Updated May 2, 2025
Command injection in TOTOLINK CA600-PoE firmware 5.3c.6665_B20180820 allows remote attackers to execute commands via a crafted request. CloudSrvUserdataVersionCheck treats the url field as shell input, so separators in the published 1;pwd; payload reach command execution rather than URL handling. The published request includes a session cookie, but the cited material does not establish whether it must represent an authenticated session; successful exploitation runs arbitrary commands in the device firmware context.
