Authenticated command execution via unsanitized filename

Command injection in TOTOLINK CP900 6.3c.1144_B20190715 allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary commands via crafted HTTP requests. The setUploadUserData function reads FileName with websGetVar, inserts it into an rm -rf command using sprintf, and passes the result to CsteSystem without neutralizing shell metacharacters. The request targets /cgi-bin/cstecgi.cgi with a session cookie, so management-interface access is required and successful injection grants command execution.
