Unauthenticated routing-daemon control via hardcoded password

Hard-coded credentials in DrayTek AP903 1.4.18, AP912C 1.4.9, and AP918R 1.4.9 allow remote attackers to control the routing daemon. The password property in ripd.conf stores a hard-coded weak secret that protects access to the routing daemon. Network reachability is the only reported gate; successful access permits route changes, traffic interception, or interruption of routing service.
