Stored XSS in Halo before 2.20.13 allows remote attackers to upload HTML files that execute script when another user opens them. The upload file-type validation can be bypassed, so the attachment pipeline accepts executable and HTML content that its file restrictions are intended to reject. Exploitation requires another user to open the uploaded HTML; the documented impact is script execution in that user's web context, not server-side code execution.
