Local JVM compromise via property-file length miscalculation

Stack-based buffer overflow in Eclipse OpenJ9 0.8.0 through 0.49.0 allows local users to compromise an OpenJDK 8 JVM at startup. In runtime/util/propsfile.c, props_file_open gives propsfile_read_text a remaining-buffer length calculated with reversed pointer subtraction, so continued property lines can overrun the 1,024-byte stack buffer. A low-privileged user must be able to modify a properties file read when the JVM starts; the overflow can corrupt JVM data and control flow or terminate the process.
