Unauthenticated API access via pre-authorization validation
Published May 13, 2025 · Updated Feb 26, 2026
Authentication bypass in Ivanti Endpoint Manager Mobile 12.5.0.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to access protected API resources. Spring MVC binds and validates request parameters before its method-level authorization check, so unauthenticated requests reach protected validation logic. No credentials or user interaction are required; the flaw discloses API resources and can provide the pre-authentication stage of a separate code-injection chain.
