Recipient browser script execution via unencoded broadcast fields

Stored DOM XSS in HxGN OnCall Dispatch Advantage Web 10.2309.03.00264 and Mobile 10.2402 allows remote authenticated users to run JavaScript. Broadcast Person requests accept attacker-controlled name values that recipient notification JavaScript inserts into the DOM without encoding. Access to Broadcast (Person) is required, and a recipient must view the stored broadcast before the script can act with that browser session's privileges.
