Authenticated SQL injection via unsanitized household ID
Published Apr 30, 2025 · Updated May 1, 2025
SQL injection in Simple Barangay Management System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to read SQLite data via the household id parameter. The view_household page uses the GET id value in an SQLite query without neutralizing quote and UNION syntax, returning injected query results. Access to the administrative page and a valid PHP session are required; the published proof of concept retrieves the SQLite version without demonstrating data modification.
