Database compromise via concatenated request variables

SQL injection in SeaCMS 13.3 admin_topic.php allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary database queries via crafted request parameters. The component concatenates request-controlled variables directly into SQL statements without neutralizing SQL syntax. No authentication or user interaction is required, and successful exploitation grants read and write access to the application database.
