Unintended disk writes via unrestricted file URLs

Path traversal in affected OpenStack Ironic releases allows attackers to write conductor-readable local files onto target node disks. FileImageService accepts file:// image URLs after checking only that the path names a regular file, without blocking system paths or limiting them to operator-approved directories. Exploitation requires node-owner access and a direct Ironic API deployment, and automated cleaning normally prevents the node from reaching ACTIVE.
