CVE-2025-44016

Code execution via attacker-supplied valid hash

Published Dec 11, 2025 · Updated Dec 11, 2025

Improper input validation in TeamViewer DEX Client before 25.11 allows remote attackers to execute code via crafted local-network requests. The NomadBranch.exe Content Distribution Service accepts a valid hash supplied for a malicious file, then incorrectly treats and processes that file as trusted. Exploitation requires unauthenticated local-network access and an enabled Content Distribution Service, and code runs in the Nomad Branch service context.
