CVE-2025-44003

Service interruption via unreleased resource

Published Jul 10, 2025 · Updated Jul 10, 2025

Resource-release failure in Gallagher Security T-Series Readers allows physically proximate attackers to interrupt reader service. When 125 kHz Card Technology is enabled, the reader fails to release an unspecified resource after its effective lifetime; Gallagher has not identified the resource or code locus. Physical access and the optional 125 kHz mode are required, and exploitation produces only a limited denial of service without reported confidentiality or integrity impact.
