Unauthenticated root command execution via SSID injection
Published Aug 14, 2025 · Updated Aug 15, 2025
OS command injection in KuWFi GC111 software GC111-GL-LM321_V3.0_20191211 allows remote attackers to execute commands as root. The unauthenticated /goform/goform_set_cmd_process endpoint passes the SSID parameter into command processing without neutralizing shell syntax. A crafted POST request containing command substitution in SSID reaches the device over the network and grants full operating-system control.
