Credential storage weakness in Medtronic MyCareLink Patient Monitor before February 25, 2026 allows attackers to alter encrypted drive data. Models 24950 and 24952 store per-product credentials on the monitor in a recoverable form rather than protecting them against extraction. Physical access is required; extracted credentials can support monitor compromise and invalid data uploads, but not changes to existing CareLink patient data.
