Service crash via oversized serialized Monolog payload

Deserialization of untrusted data in Adminer 4.8.1 allows remote attackers to exhaust server memory via a crafted Monolog serialized payload. The Monolog logging integration unserializes an attacker-supplied object whose declared one-billion-byte string length drives excessive allocation. The interface can become unresponsive, and concurrent unauthenticated requests can crash the server until manual intervention.
