Unauthenticated arbitrary file read via username traversal

Path traversal in Infodraw Media Relay Service 7.1.0.0 allows remote attackers to read arbitrary files through its web server. The port 12654 login accepts parent-directory segments in the username and reuses that value for file allocation without neutralization. No authentication is required; ServerParameters.xml can disclose administrator credentials stored in cleartext or as MD5 hashes, and the file interface also permits deletion.
