Self-XSS via unescaped review-dialog HTML insertion

Cross-site scripting in Miraheze ManageWiki before 2f177dc allows remote authenticated users to execute script in their own browser. Review Changes builds list-item HTML from modified form names, labels, and values, then passes the unescaped string to jQuery .html(). The user must modify a field and open the dialog in the same session; deceiving a privileged user into doing so can turn the self-XSS into stored XSS.
