CVE-2025-4386

Unauthorized login prompt access via internal UART

Published May 7, 2026 · Updated May 7, 2026

Improper physical access control in Medtronic MyCareLink monitors before February 25, 2026 allows attackers to reach a login prompt. An internal serial interface exposes the prompt to a UART terminal without sufficiently restricting physical access. Physical access and monitor tampering are required; successful access can expose sensitive data and permit manipulation of monitor functionality.
