Unauthenticated code execution via unsafe model deserialization

Unsafe deserialization in RVC-Project Retrieval-based-Voice-Conversion-WebUI 2.2.231006 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute code. The process_ckpt.py merge function passes the user-controlled ckpt_a and cpkt_b model paths directly to torch.load, which reconstructs attacker-controlled serialized objects. An unauthenticated network user who can reach the WebUI model-merging operation gains code execution with the service process's permissions.
