Unauthenticated command execution via shell-interpolated preprocessing inputs

Command injection in RVC-Project Retrieval-based-Voice-Conversion-WebUI 2.2.231006 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute commands. The preprocess_dataset function interpolates exp_dir1, np7, trainset_dir4, and sr2 into a command string and passes it to Popen with shell execution enabled. The WebUI exposes these inputs without authentication, so a network client can run arbitrary commands with the server process's privileges.
