Unauthorized license registration via forged orderUuid request

CSRF in Liferay Portal and Liferay DXP server registration allows remote attackers to register a license through orderUuid. The server registration page accepts an orderUuid-bearing request without verifying that the user intentionally initiated it. Exploitation requires a user to activate attacker-controlled content; the resulting change is limited to server-license registration.
