Stored XSS via unescaped publication names

Stored XSS in Liferay Portal and DXP notifications allows remote authenticated users to inject script through a publication Name. Two notification paths pass CTCollection.getName() into rendered messages without applying HtmlUtil.escape to the stored value. Affected releases are Portal 7.4.0 through 7.4.3.112 and DXP 2023.Q3.1 through 2023.Q3.10, 2023.Q4.0 through 2023.Q4.8, and 7.4 GA through update 92; another user must view the notification, which runs the script in that user's portal origin.
