Cross-tenant requests via unchecked attachment ownership

SSRF in custom object attachment fields in Liferay Portal and DXP allows remote authenticated users to request cross-tenant resources. AttachmentManagerImpl accepts externally referenced files or folders without confirming that their company ID matches the current tenant, so a new object entry can link to resources belonging to another instance. Exploitation requires high-privileged access and passive interaction by another user; it can expose or alter linked resource data without interrupting service.
