SSRF via faulty Analytics Cloud domain validation
Published Aug 21, 2025 · Updated Aug 21, 2025
SSRF in Liferay DXP 2025.Q2.0 through 2025.Q2.3 allows remote authenticated users to make server-side requests to attacker-chosen hosts. The analytics.cloud.domain.allowed check treats malicious domains as trusted subdomains, so changing the destination domain bypasses the allowlist. Exploitation requires a highly privileged account and passive action by another user, and it enables the server to contact otherwise restricted destinations.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
Is a vulnerable build present?
Compare these published version ranges with your installed build and any vendor patches.
