Service slowdown via profile-image size-check bypass

Denial of service in affected Liferay Portal and DXP releases allows remote attackers to slow the service through oversized profile images. UploadImageUtil.getMaxFileSize relied on the current logo URL to select the portrait limit, while affected forms omitted the portrait type needed to enforce the intended 300 KB maximum. A reachable profile-image upload is required; accepted oversized files consume service resources, with no reported crash or data impact.
