Sensitive-data access via code-signing downgrade
Published Dec 12, 2025 · Updated Dec 12, 2025
Information disclosure in Apple macOS Sequoia before 15.7.3 and Tahoe before 26.2 allows local users to access user-sensitive data. On Intel-based Macs, AppleMobileFileIntegrity permits a code-signing downgrade that weakens restrictions applied to a local app. Local app execution is required, and the documented consequence is access to user-sensitive data without reported data modification or service interruption.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
