Browser crash via WebKit use-after-free
Published Sep 15, 2025 · Updated Sep 15, 2025
Use-after-free in the WebKit Process Model before 26 allows remote attackers to crash Safari on iOS, iPadOS, and macOS via crafted web content. The component accesses an object after its memory is freed, but Apple has not disclosed the affected object or code path. A target must process attacker-controlled web content; published impact is limited to an unexpected browser crash and requires user interaction.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
