Apple identifies AppleMobileFileIntegrity as the affected component but has not published which launch-constraint decision or untrusted input the added logic corrects. A locally run app and low-privilege access are required; successful exploitation bypasses launch constraints and runs attacker-controlled code with elevated privileges.
