CVE-2025-4327Public exploitNetwork attack vector

Account tampering via forged user-save requests

Published May 6, 2025 · Updated May 6, 2025

Cross-site request forgery in MRCMS 3.1.2 allows remote attackers to alter user accounts through a logged-in administrator's browser. The /admin/user/save.do endpoint accepts a state-changing request carried by the victim's authenticated session without establishing that the victim intended it. Exploitation requires an authenticated user to visit attacker-controlled content, and the demonstrated consequence is unauthorized account modification.
