Stored script execution via unsanitized article title

Stored cross-site scripting in MRCMS 3.1.2 allows remote authenticated users to execute script through a crafted article title. The Edit Article Page accepts the Title value, stores it without effective script neutralization, and later renders the value in page content. Article-editing privileges and a later page view are required; successful exploitation runs attacker-controlled script in the viewer's browser, enabling content tampering or access to data available to that session.
