Process memory disclosure via ImageIO bounds error

Out-of-bounds read in ImageIO across Apple platforms before the July 2025 fixes allows attackers to disclose process memory via a crafted image. ImageIO reads beyond a valid buffer boundary while decoding attacker-controlled image data because the decoder does not adequately validate the input before the read.
