CVE-2025-43205

Local ASLR bypass via Audio bounds error

Published Nov 12, 2025 · Updated Nov 12, 2025

Out-of-bounds access in Apple Audio allows local users to bypass ASLR across affected Apple operating systems. Apple identifies the locus only as Audio and has not disclosed which bounds check fails or what data is read outside its valid range. Exploitation requires a locally running app; the documented consequence is loss of address randomization rather than direct code execution.
