Unrestricted file upload in itsourcecode.com Content Management System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute PHP code. The add_topic.php Cover Image handler accepts a PHP file without filtering its type or extension and stores it in a web-accessible upload directory. Administrator access is required, and requesting the stored file executes its contents with the web server's privileges.
