Missing authorization in SAP Service Parts Management allows remote authenticated users to escalate privileges through LO-SPM-OUT operations. The ABAP authorization scenario SACF__/SPE/LO_SPM_RFC fails to enforce the necessary checks before permitting affected outbound SPM operations. A low-privilege account and network access are required; successful exploitation permits restricted actions that expose or modify limited application data and can impair service.
