Improper certificate validation in SAP NetWeaver Application Server Java ENGINEAPI 7.50 allows remote authenticated users to disclose data. The outbound TLS component compares a connection hostname against certificate wildcard hostnames unreliably, permitting a connection to a malicious TLS server. Exploitation requires low privileges and user interaction; the resulting exposure is limited to confidentiality, with no integrity or availability impact reported.
