Browser data access and modification via crafted link
Published Aug 12, 2025 · Updated Aug 13, 2025
Cross-site scripting in SAP NetWeaver ABAP Platform allows remote attackers to alter browser-scoped data through a crafted link. SAP has not identified the affected endpoint or code locus; injected link input is processed unsafely during page generation and emitted as executable content. Exploitation requires an authenticated user to click the link, after which script runs in the victim's browser context and can read or modify information available to that session.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
