CVE-2025-42925Network attack vector

Limited information disclosure via predictable object identifiers

Published Sep 9, 2025 · Updated Sep 9, 2025

Predictable identifiers in SAP NetWeaver AS Java IIOP Service SERVERCORE 7.50 allow remote authenticated users to read limited system information. The service assigns Object Identifiers without enough randomness, so identifiers generated near one another expose enough observable state to predict another identifier by brute force. Low-privileged service access and knowledge of several nearby identifiers are required; the resulting access is limited to system information and does not alter data or interrupt service.
