Unauthenticated code execution via hard-coded credentials

Hard-coded credentials in SAP SQL Anywhere Monitor (Non-GUI) 17.0 allow remote attackers to execute arbitrary code over the network. The Monitor embeds a reusable credential in its code and accepts it for access to resources and functionality intended only for authorized users. No authentication or user interaction is required, and successful access permits code execution with confidentiality, integrity, and availability consequences.
