Service crash via failed allocation handling

Memory corruption in SAP Web Dispatcher, ICM, and Content Server allows remote attackers to crash the service through crafted HTTP requests. The IctHttpOpenMessage HTTP-header parser retries a failed IctIHttpAddMemoryExtension allocation only once, then continues with an invalid buffer pointer and writes beyond its bounds. No authentication or user interaction is required; repeated requests that fragment the heap and expand header storage can terminate the affected process without disclosing or modifying application data.
