Unauthenticated SQL injection via unvalidated date parameter
Published May 5, 2025 · Updated May 5, 2025
SQL injection in PHPGurukul Notice Board System 1.0 allows remote attackers to access and alter database data via a crafted date value. The bwdates-reports-details.php handler passes the POST fromdate parameter directly into a SQL query without validation or parameter binding. No login is required, and the published time-based payload invokes MySQL SLEEP to confirm query control and enable unauthorized database operations.
