Unauthorized state changes via CSRF-prone GET endpoints

CSRF in CIRCL Vulnerability-Lookup before 2.18.0 allows remote attackers to perform unauthorized state changes through a logged-in user. State-changing web routes accept HTTP GET requests without enforcing POST semantics or validating a CSRF token, so cross-site requests run in the victim's session. Exploitation requires an authenticated user to visit attacker-controlled content; resulting actions can alter database records, user data, or configuration.
